Setup an email notification when a timesheet status changes

Description

Describes how to setup email notifications when a users timesheet status changes or a timesheet status changes for a user this user can approve. There are two ways to change notifications. First is a user administrator can do this in the user setup screen. The second way is the user can adjust these setting in their profile. Both ways work the same way, but the second option will be described here.

Who can access this page?

Any logged in user.

Instructions (See screenshot below)

  1. My Timesheet Notifications
    These notifications apply to the logged in user's timesheet. When checked, and a status change occurs on the logged in user's timesheet this user will receive an email notification of the status change.
  2. Management Notifications
    These notifications apply to timesheets this user can approve. When checked, and a status change occurs on a timesheet this user can approve, this user will receive an email notification of the status change.
