Setup an email reminder to approve timesheets

Description

Describes how to setup email notification that reminds a user to approve timesheets. To receive these notifications the user must be an approver and their must be timesheets that are awaiting approval.

Who can access this page?

Any logged in user.

  1. Scheduled Notifications
    To enable a weekly email reminder check the "Remind me to approve timesheets" checkbox. This enables the reminder. Then select the day and time you would like to have the reminder sent. In the example below the user will receive an email reminder on Monday at 9:00 am if their are timesheets this user can approve.
