Setup an email reminder to submit a timesheet

Description

Describes how to setup email notification that reminds a user to submit their timesheet. The reminders are weekly and can be setup by a day and time. These reminders can be setup by a user administrator in the user setup screen or in the user profile. The user profile way will be described below.

Who can access this page?

Any logged in user.

  1. Scheduled Notifications
    To enable a weekly email reminder check the "Remind me to submit my timesheet" checkbox. This enables the reminder. Then select the day and time you would like to have the reminder sent.In the example below the user will receive an email reminder on Friday at 5:00 pm if their are timesheets this user can approve.
