Multi factor authentication - all users

Description

Allows an administrator to adjust multi factor settings for all users. Multi factor authentication requires a user to use an email or sms text message after password authentication to access Timogix.

Menu Setup Settings Application Settings tab Authentication tab

Adjust periods
Adjust how often users should be required to perform multi factor authentication.
Enable authentication
Click the checkbox next to the user to enable multi factor authentication. Click the top checkbox to enable for all users.
