An archived user is a user who has been denied login access to Timogix, but their data remains. An example scenario is below.
You have 10 employees who have been logging time. One of the users leaves the company. You as the owner will want to archive this user, which effectively denies this user from accessing the Timogix system, but the data for this user remains for reporting purposes. Also if your company is subscribed for 10 users, this then frees up a slot to put in another user.
If this user comes back later as an employee you can then un-archive the user and they will then be allowed login access again.
