Setting up a new user


Describes how to add or edit a user and send a new user invitation email.

Who can access this page?

To view or edit a user, a user must have User Management permissions. Click here to view how to setup user permissions.


Menu Setup Users Click Add or Edit

Instructions (See screenshot below)

  1. Editing a User
    In the User Info tab you can edit general information about this user. Once completed, click the Save button.
  2. Invitation Email
    To invite this user to use the application click the "Send Invitation" button. When clicked an email will be sent to this user. The email will contain information on how to login to the system.
